The Controller is a Quad Fin Setup designed specifically for the classic, wide-tailed retro surfboard. The Controller Quad's V2 foil and large surface area create both maximum drive and control while the fin will have a skatey feel in smaller conditions.
Futures Alpha construction is Molded carbon fiber made in Huntington Beach, California that delivers every bit of performance you’d expect from an upgrade fin. Incredibly lightweight & resilient, Alpha is the first of its kind; created using one-of-a-kind materials and new technologies developed by Futures and 3M.

Made in California, the Alpha product line is now made by incorporating Bureo’s NetPlus recycled fishing nets with Futures’ compound 6 Carbon and Air infused technology. NetPlus material is sourced from Bureo’s fishing net recycling program in Chile, which provides collection points to keep plastic fishing nets out of our oceans. Preventing harmful materials from entering the ocean, their program protects wildlife and supports local fishing communities through financial incentives.

These fins do as described. Wide tailed boards lacking pivot and drive .I had a set before for a 6'2" summer 5 completely changed the board for the better.sold board and fins too .(Thinking I don't need futures anymore) .I recently bought a 6'0" summer 5 as outline is more similar to a puddle jumper .Fins I have are machado Quad templates ( but those are for a wide tailed swallow not a square tail ) board is lacking pivot .Hence me re buying the Alpha controller quad fins again .
